Dental 3D Printer Machine WXL-420


The "420" 3D metal printer includes the main 3D printing device, a 200-500W*4(optional) fiber laser, a high-precision dual galvo scanner, an optical system, a dust purification circulation system, an automatic control system, a heating system with automated temperature control, control software system, data processing software, and a standard N2/Ar interface provision. The power input in the electrical system has a leakage protector, and every power branch is equipped with a fuse. Contactor control is used to control large currents to improve the safety performance of the electrical system. Control method: industrial control computer, main frequency 1.6G, memory 4G, hard drive 500G, with a display larger than 15 inches.

It adopts imported high-precision multi galvo scanner and multi laser forming system, significantly speeding up the forming rate and reducing printing time. An efficient automatic blowback filtering system is used, eliminating manual operation for enhanced safety and reliability.

The company-developed comprehensive intelligent data processing system software allows users to adjust equipment parameters independently and monitor data in real-time. No personnel monitoring is required during the processing phase.
