Film box automatic glue line

Line body process:

Manual unpacking -- robot chassis -- gluing -- drying -- attaching magnetic sheet -- placing gasket -- sealing film -- cutting edge -- receiving material

Process description:

Manual unpacking: manually open the box filled with chassis, and fix the edge of the carton leaf and plastic bag, put it into the double-layer conveyor line, and the double-layer conveyor, double-layer flat shifter and small elevator cooperate to transport the carton to the robot film box station;


Robot chassis: The robot takes out the film boxes stacked face to face in the carton one by one and puts them into the track, the track facing up is directly put into the track, the track facing up is turned over and put into the track, the film box is transported to the gluing machine by the connection platform, the empty carton is transported to the upper track cache of the double-layer conveyor line, and the upper conveyor track returns it to the manual unpacking station;

Gluing: After the gluing machine locates the film box, it automatically finishes gluing the product according to the edited path. After gluing, the product is transported to the vertical drying furnace by the connecting platform;

Drying: The vertical drying oven cashes the coated film box layer by layer, and dries the glue on the film box through the internal hot air circulation. After drying, the flat shifting machine transfers it to the plate suction machine.

Magnetic disc attachment: After the film box is positioned by the suction machine, the magnetic disc is removed from the material box by the transfer mechanism and the suction nozzle on the device, OK is mounted on the magnetic disc, and NG is directly cast and transferred to the next suction machine after mounting;

Placing gasket: After the film box is positioned by the plate suction machine, the gasket is drawn from the periphery of the track into the chassis on the track by using the transmission mechanism and suction nozzle on the device. After the gasket is placed, the chassis is transported to the sealing film station;

Sealing film: After the chassis is positioned by the sealing machine, the film is taken and sealed by the manipulator or XY transfer mechanism, and the film is rolled by the roller. After sealing, the new and old wire chassis is imported into the cutting machine by the double-layer elevator and the double-layer conveying line in the air.

Cutting edge: After the cutting machine locates the chassis, the protruding film edge is cut by the manipulator, and it is transferred to the turning machine after completion, and the chassis is turned over in the order of one positive and one reverse;

Receiving material: the plate machine will push a positive and reverse chassis into the customized material box one by one, and wait for manual removal after the material box is filled;
