4. After-Sales Services
After the machine is completed, the buyer can send no more than 3 technicians to check the machine's quality. The seller provides 3-5 day training for the buyer's technical personnel and bears the relevant hotel expenses.

The seller guarantees the quality and good working of machines during the first 12 months from the date of delivery. During this period, the Seller will bear the repairs and the replacement of parts when malfunctioning and faults happen. The transportation cost/courier fee is the responsibility of the seller.

When beyond the machine guarantee period, if any parts of the machine cannot work, the Buyer can still ask for a replacement. The seller will quote the price and the buyer must bear the cost( courier fee included)on his/her own.

Seller will send engineers to Buyer's factory if necessary. But the cost of flight tickets and board and lodging shall be paid by Buyer.

5. Customized Services
Please rest assured that all the assembly machines we provide can be customized. We can adjust our machine according to the characteristics of your products.

The buyer needs to provide us with about 5000 sets of your SS cable ties for machine trial running after you place an order so that we use your products to trial our machine and make sure it's suitable for your products.

After machine adjustment, when everything's ok, you can send people here to check the machine quality. And see your products being assembled by our machines. Then we ship machines to you.

Also, the finished, already assembled, and quality samples that are used for trail running will be sent back to you with the completed machine together.
