Realize the full-automatic test of module internal resistance, open-circuit voltage, harness on/off, CMC test, equipotential test, total voltage, total internal resistance, series voltage, insulation and withstand voltage test of a module on a pallet. All test results are exchanged with MES through upper-level software, so as to realize data control in the production process, match the production capacity and meet the production process requirements of the production line.
