Features
Fully automatic loading and unloading, accurate in-position detection and positioning mechanism.
Cells and aluminum shells are automatically supplied, equipped with the function of detecting poor incoming materials and automatically adjusting assembly positioning.
Vision system detects the external dimensions of cells and aluminum shells to increase assembly accuracy.
Standard configuration
The cell is inserted into the shell using the cooperation of four-axis and six-axis manipulators, flexible entry into the shell, and stable assembly effect.
Cell cache transmission line: cell incoming cache, three-layer cache, bottom reflow, can cache more than 60 cells.
Transplanting robot: Transplant the cells to the core-combining mechanism through the robot, and transplant two cells at a time.
Merging mechanism: the cells are fused from 0 to 90°.
Cell feeding gantry: transplant the cells from the core closing mechanism to the magnetic drive conveyor line.
NG Conveyor Line: Store Scanning NG Cells.
Cell pairing: When used for a single cell NG, the reserved cell is temporarily placed.
